About this house rental
The house has a spacious living area, dining table seating 10 people, leather lounges, LED TVs with Foxtel and Blu-Ray player. Brand new kitchen with all the appliances needed to cook up a storm (slow cooker, electric frying pan, George Foreman grill, sandwich press, toaster etc).
For the flyfisherman, there's a fly tying station with lots of hooks, fur & feathers for replacing your used flies.
There is a restaurant and bar an easy 10 minute walk away. A hotel, service station and general store is located 7 kilometers away.
The house is heated with a wood heater, and has a reverse cycle Daikin as backup. The stove has a gas cooktop, with an electric oven.
A washing machine & dryer are available.
We have added a dishwasher as well.
An ensuite has been added to the main bedroom. With a 2-person spa bath, roomy shower and toilet.
There is a gas bbq on the deck.
Locality
Both Hobart and Launceston are within a 2 hour drive.

Perfect spot. Homely, tidy and really well set up with everything we needed.So cosy with the fire going and with a beautiful view down to the lake. A stones throw to the waters edge (and the pub!).Fabulous!!
