Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod escape! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a serene setting with a beautifully landscaped yard, tranquil koi pond, and a large wraparound deck—ideal for outdoor dining, lounging, and family time under the sun.
Upon entering from the driveway, find the open main floor featuring a generous living room, fully stocked kitchen with dining area, and a queen bedroom conveniently located near a full bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combo comfortably accommodate family or friends. On the ground level find a comfortably furnished playroom with games and puzzles. This space could also be ideal for reading, relaxation, and mediation. The laundry is additionally on this floor. The home is thoughtfully equipped for both relaxation and productivity. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, and streaming-ready cable. The kitchen includes everything you need—from an espresso machine and rice cooker to all the essentials for home-cooked meals.
Guests will love the added touches: beach chairs, outdoor deck furniture, a gas grill, and a large collection of movies for cozy nights in. The peaceful vibe throughout the home and yard makes it a perfect place to unwind.

Our stay was wonderful. There was one plumbing issue mid week. The caretaker was excellent in resolving the issue.

This property was beautifully landscaped with good accommodations, wonderful deck, and spacious living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped but with only 6 or 7 dinner plates and scant number of silverware, we had to hand wash the dishes in order to eat the next meal. Also, the major drawback was the outdoor shower which had a trickle of water -- so small it felt like we were showering in a light rain and there wasn't enough water to rinse off the soap. We enjoy taking outdoor showers at summer places and this very disappointing. No ac but plenty of fans; if it had been really hot, it could have been uncomfortable. Lower level smelled way too musty to use at all. Property close to beaches but truck traffic in the mornings on nearby Rt 6 was loud. Overall though, we enjoyed out stay there.
