Down a dirt road, surrounded by trees, you find this wonderful private home. Situated in South Wellfleet, this is the off-the-beaten-path home for nature and bird enthusiasts. Relax in the quiet, comfortable home, a place that reflects the distinct modern-house vibe that is part of Wellfleet's history, a vibe that is created with furniture and the modern house aesthetic.
Enter up the ramp to the open floor plan kitchen and living area, windows abound. This area leads to a good-sized porch surrounded by trees. One bedroom and the bathroom are on this floor. Upstairs is the second bedroom, second bath, and the spacious primary bedroom, which has a deck overlooking the trees. Have coffee in the morning, enjoying the peace and solitude in this home. You will be reminded that Marcel Breuer, Paul Weidlinger, Serge Chermayeff, and other Bohemians and Bauhaus scholars and artists lived, played, and created here on the outer cape.

Down a quiet sandy road lined with scrub pines, you’ll find this quaint Wellfleet home, full of rustic charm and creative energy. The bookshelves are filled with beautiful design, art, and fiction, along with historical books about the Cape and beyond; a reflection of the owner’s clear appreciation for the history of Cape Cod.The location is close to everything the Outer Cape has to offer. We spent relaxing days enjoying both bay and ocean beaches, the flea market, the drive-in, the Audubon sanctuary, and so many great Wellfleet restaurants. The house had everything we needed.It is a rustic home (which we love about true Cape Cod houses), so expect an occasional spider and bathrooms that are more functional than luxurious (perfect for sandy feet and sun-tired kids). For us, that just added to the charm.This part of the Cape feels magical to us, and this home was a wonderful part of our time here. The property manager was also very kind and responsive.

Nice location, near Marconi beach, on quiet street in woods. We loved walking down to the marshes with our dogs. Comfortable spot. FYI-no dishwasher or outdoor shower.

This house was clean and comfortable and very functional for our 5-person group, which included two couples and one single adult family member. The kitchen/living area has an open floor plan which was very nice and the outdoor deck was perfect for relaxing and family suppers. The master bedroom was large with an attached deck.
