About this villa rental
This stunning modern villa is positioned on a beautiful hillside overlooking the coastline of Trapani with views of Erice and Marsala. From almost every aspect of this property you can see Seven islands from where the villa takes its name. They are know as the Egadi islands. A large sweeping white marble staircase leads up to the main entrance of the house which is open plan and has a stunning pool and spa complex with lots of outdoor terrance space. The luminous entrance to the property leads into the large modern lounge, kitchen and dining area complete with state of the art tablet that controls the stunning features this property offers. On this level there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both taking full advantage of the view.
From the dining area you can access the pool complex which has a heated option and the potential to be covered to transform it into an indoor pool if desired and has a spa massage bed and a hydrotherapy jet fountain. Downstairs there is a secondary living zone complete with kitchen and dining facilities. Two further double bedrooms with ensuite can be found.
From this level you will find a fully equipped wooden sauna, a mood shower and a tranquility waterfall. All available to make your holiday as luxurious and relaxing as possible.
The impressive driveway has covered parking for three cars plus additional parking space. The villa is featured within cascading gardens filled with birds of paradise plants, fragrant shrubs and surrounded by numerous terraces, including a rooftop, BBQ and pool terrace to name a few.
All these features add to the exclusive feel that this property has for a truly spectacular holiday.

The villa is absolutely stunning and with a view to die for. The owner/manager Giuseppe was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and we were sad to leave! Marsala town in truth was a bit run down but get out to Erice, Salemi and Castelmarra del golfo... beautiful!!!

Just returned from Marsala on 6/23/18. The house is amazing! It's actually more beautiful than the photos! It's new, clean, and beautifully decorated. Perfect for multiple families. There is a 2nd full kitchen & great room downstairs that is not even in the photos. The views from the multiple patios are stunning. The pool is fabulous!
The owner welcomed us with fresh flowers, a food basket, and toasted us with wine! He was very attentive to our needs. A few issues with water level & hot water, but he acted very quickly to have it fixed in a matter of a few hours. Fyi...you will need bottled drinking water in Sicily.
The property manager, Bruna is awesome! She became a "friend" within a week! She not only manages the villa, but is also a personal concierge! She arranged for a chef to come to the villa & prepare an Italian feast for us! Also, a masseuse who will come to the house if you would like a massage. In addition, she gave us tips on beaches, sites to visit and setup a tour at a winery! A lovely young woman!
I suggest you visit the beach at San Vito Lo Capo. The quaint town of Erice. Driving in Marsala & surrounding areas is fine. But diving in the city of Palermo is CRAZY! Cars & scooters everywhere so be prepared.
The local grocery store is SiSa and just minutes from the house. Very clean & has everything you need.
The people in Marsala are very friendly & welcoming! Ciao!
