Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

The space features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. While not fully renovated, the interior is well maintained and provides a welcoming environment for your stay. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
A starter set of essentials is included upon arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities around the property are still under construction. Parking is free and open, and self check-in is simple with a personal door code provided before arrival.

Location, Location, Location was superb. Many lose tiles in the flooring make favorable presentation difficult. Property was poorly provisioned giving a sort of a Beirut, third world vibe. Great potential, poorly presented.
