About this house rental
We are.....PSU Alumni who are excited to share our home with you.
We also have football season tickets. Please inquire if interested. They do not come as part of the rental.
ONLY 3 miles to Beaver Stadium and ONLY 3 miles to downtown State College ($15 Uber ride)!
There's no better feeling than arriving to the house knowing that tailgating for football games or taking a stroll on College Ave. are just minutes away.
ENTIRE house has been recently updated with NEW kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, beds, etc. This home will have you feeling both relaxed and energized for any type of event or vacation.
This ranch style home, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, has all new beds and bedding. There are two bedrooms with queen beds on the upper level. One is a master bedroom/bathroom with a queen bed and bunk bed set. The other is a bedroom adjacent to the common bathroom. Kitchen and main room with 55" HDTV are also on the upper level. Deck off the kitchen with a grill and seating. The lower level has a great room with a table and chairs for eating or playing games and a pull-out sofa bed (plenty of seating to watch the 50" HDTV). The large downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with doors to the backyard. There are also doors off the great room to the outside patio with seating. Backyard has tire swing and tether ball.

This home fit all of our needs during our trip to State College. Kevin was a fantastic host who made it easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and we felt safe in this quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean property and was perfect for a football weekend at state college! Owner was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze and everything was as described.
