Over the Bay Condo is the perfect location for a small family or group of friends. The open living plan is the perfect way to spend time together as a group and it offers partial ocean views and free parking.
- Walk into a huge living space. The kitchen, dining, and living space are all combined.
- Continue to your breezy private balcony with outdoor furniture and partial ocean views.
- Two large bedrooms with King sized beds. The main bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet and the second bedroom offers a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses.
- Two bathrooms, the main bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a tub and the second bathroom offers a stand-up shower.
- Basic pantry items are available for your use. (Salt, pepper, oil)
- Great Living space with a large TV, basic cable, and access to your favorite streaming network.
- Free on-site parking.

This Northside condo is located in one of the most central neighborhoods! You'll be able to reach just about any destination on the island in less than a 20-minute drive.
- Megan's Bay Beach - less than a 10-minute drive
- Red Hook area - a 20-minute drive.
- Downtown, Charlotte Amalie & STT Airport - 15-20 minute drive.
Renting a vehicle on St. Thomas is the absolute best way to see the island and get around. This condo offers one free parking space, so you will always have a place to park after a day of adventures.
St. Thomas is not set up for pedestrian traffic or rideshares. So this means if you're not renting a vehicle, you'll be using taxi services. Taxis can have long wait times and you can occasionally have issues finding a taxi driver to drop off or pick up in this location.
- We DO NOT accept third-party reservations. If you are booking under your name, you must be present during the reservation dates.
- WIFI and internet connections on this island can sometimes be spotty and irregular. I can not guarantee a connection at any time.
- Basic cable connection can be spotty and irregular at times. We can not guarantee a connection at any time.
- Power does occasionally go out on St. Thomas. This is very normal. This condo does not have a backup generator. When power is out on the island you will be without electricity, AC, or WIFI.
- If you are interested in borrowing the pack and play, please message for availability and to reserve it for your specific dates.

Place was easy to find on Google maps and was as described. Quick drive to Magens Bay. About 20 mins to red hook with light traffic.
Condo was large and easily fit our family. Basic amenities and kitchen utensils provided so we could cook on nights we didn’t want to go out. Washer and dryer was nice and well stocked.
The pool was nice in the afternoon when you didn’t want to do anything. Never saw anyone else using it.
The parking spot is tight.

I booked this condo 5 months prior to our trip and was aware that the balcony was being worked on/renovated. I know things happen on “island time” but I was still very surprised to learn nothing had been done to the balcony when it came time for our trip. Unfortunately, I was not told that we wouldn’t be able to look through the balcony doors to see the view. For some reason there was a dark tarp or cover of some kind completely blocking the view from inside the unit. Just be aware that you’re spending a lot of money and will not have a view or even natural light from the doors. I think the price should have been dropped . The unit itself was nice and clean.
