We were in the Star Fruit unit. Access for the door was provided 24 hours prior to my arrival. Full kitchen with kitchenware, comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa (if needed), bedroom of spacious with iron, ironing board and beach towels. 2 nice size televisions. A/C worked great. Bed was nice and firm. Shower soap, hand soap and hand lotion if you need it. Full apartment unit, it was quiet, neighbors (directly across the street) were friendly, street traffic was moderate and the view was great. Unit was clean and had a small emergency light inside if you needed. Parking for your rental vehicle. The hosts were fantastic and their communication was superb!!
The location is in the hills and our GPS was inaccurate stopping us just down the hill at 84 Solberg but the correct address is 17 Solberg. Quickly contacted the owner and he talked us in (about 1/8 mile further up). Not that it was an issue but I put up a cover over the little shower window for my wife's comfort. Small gaps in the front door, so a couple of small critters visited us but again nothing major.

The view
In the description of the property it said it was a mile and a half from town. What it didn't say was it was not walkable. Taxi rides for that mile and a half are $25.00 each way. I would highly recommend renting a car.
