About this villa rental
Villa Sultana is a splendid and luminous three-story villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Sultana you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Sultana is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet) and the stop for the local bus at 300 meters (990 feet).
You will reach Villa Sultana from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 70 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Sultana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; Wi-Fi Internet connection; towels, changed daily; maid service from Monday to Sunday 4 hours each day; electricity.Available upon request: baggage porter. The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright, and include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the swimming pool.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Villa Sultana was absolutely gorgeous, with amazing views and wonderful rooms. It can be a bit hard to get to, but the view is worth it.
The management is also very responsive and accommodating, shout out especially to Pascal for the warm welcome!

We all gasped upon walking into the villa property - unreal views of the Amalfi Coast! The villa is situated high up in the little village of Nocelle, and can be a bit difficult to access. However, it is worth it for the great villa and views.

A very quiet place which has amazing views. The only real drawback is the distance to Positano which although close takes 20 minutes to reach.
The staff is very responsive and helpful.

We loved staying and the villa. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place that can fit up to 10 people it's the place you want.
It's in a remote area and not easy to get to if you have any problems walking. You can get a taxi, bus or car service to take you to Positano. You really can't walk to the beach...
The property manager meet us when we arrived. He was extremely helpful planing our activities and meals! I would recommend the villa.
