Luxury Seafront Villa with Direct Sea Access, Panoramic Terraces and Expansive Private Garden – Just Minutes from the Heart of Positano
If you dream of experiencing the glamour of Positano without sacrificing complete privacy, Villa Lo Scoglio is the perfect choice. Located less than 1.5 km from Positano’s lively centre, with its boutiques, restaurants, and beaches, this exclusive property is set within a fully enclosed 4,480 m² private Mediterranean garden, where every guest can find their own secluded corner to relax. Several private terraces with breathtaking views over the Tyrrhenian Sea allow you to enjoy the magic of the Amalfi Coast without ever leaving the villa.
A bus stop right outside the gate will whisk you into the centre of Positano in just minutes, avoiding the hassle of parking. From Positano’s port, you can board a private boat to explore Capri, the Amalfi Coast, or secret coves accessible only by sea.
One of the villa’s highlights is the private stone staircase leading directly down to the water, where a sunbathing platform offers the perfect spot for soaking up the sun or diving into the sea – a rare privilege in Positano.
For convivial moments, the villa boasts a high-end, fully equipped kitchen and a large outdoor dining table for 12, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners. Additional services available on request include in-villa cooking classes and babysitting service (extra charge).
Access from the main road via a very steep private driveway (300 m) – not suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

The villa was beautiful the views spectacular the house keeper very nice and helpful.. Antonio the grounds keeper was wonderful ( our baggage was delayed and he loaned my husband a belt) so thoughtful…
Giada was very helpful organizing all of our activities.
The only disappointment was that everything needed to be paid in cash which is so inconvenient it’s very difficult to travel with thousands of euros in cash..credit card is usually the mode of payment safer and more convenient.
Oh.. also the location of this property is great 3 minutes from Positano center by water taxi and the water taxis are so convenient

We loved this home. Patricia was there to check us in. Angelo the grounds keeper was beyond amazing. He was there for any need we needed and more. We would help us do everything without even asking him.
There were alot of steps , approximately 500 that were hard to go any where with. More information could have been given on how to get food, around, water taxis available etc. that we had to get on our own. The hot tub was closed because they were expecting cold weather. Angelo can’t on Sunday on his day off to open it for us. Pool was closed. Booking said it would all be open until end of October. We were there in middle of October. The day before departure. Marguerite said she would order taxi. I clarified that again in a text I still have. She did not do so. Was rude and said she had poor phone connection . And then hung up on us. I sent her copy of conversations and nothing. So besides her , everything else was beautiful. We had thought of coming back here w family for a wedding, not sure now with Marguerite. I told her she would not be getting good review from me and she laughed.over all it was a great place . Could have done without her rudeness while on vacation.
