This property is part of The Newport Lofts collection of luxurious vacation rentals in Newport, RI. It is professionally managed by Vacation Newport.This home's unique, inverted floor plan features a gourmet kitchen accented by granite counters and stainless steel appliances along with a living room, laundry closet with washer and dryer and balcony overlooking Thames Street on the second floor. The first floor of the home feature the two bedrooms, both with king sized beds, flat screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and one den on the third floor. The third floor lounge has a pull out sofa and also has a roof deck with partial water views.Conveniently, this property features off street parking for two vehicles. ***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

House was set up nicely - clean spacious - comfortable beds and nice linens . outdoor space in front and roof top area w plenty of seating. Walkable to downtown - shopping - cliff walk . Nice to have parking for 2 cars Will definitely go back again

as i mentioned already, our experience with you wasn't a good one. the wait times to hear back are signficant, and when you're traveling, thats not acceptable. for $700/night, i expect immediate replies. as i get with every other host i've used on VRBO. and i mentioned to the office across the street, the unit is full of ants. i'm not publishing this feedback, but i wouldn't chose this unit again as other hosts have been far more responsive. thank-you.
