This property is part of The Newport Lofts collection of luxurious vacation rentals in Newport, RI. It is professionally managed by Vacation Newport. This property boasts three bedrooms each with king size beds, flat screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms. On the the first level, guests will enjoy an open floor plan that unites a gourmet kitchen and living room with a cozy gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is accented by granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a modern-meets-casual dining set with chic chairs and bench-style seating. There are two bedrooms on the first level, one featuring a private balcony. The master suite on the second level features a sitting area with a queen size sofa bed and a spiral staircase leading up to the Loft's highest balcony. This property also features a driveway for off-street parking.
***Cancellation Policy*** Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Nice 3 Bedroom condo. Great location. A nice touch to have 5 beach chais and towels for us. I wish the freezer ice machine was connected to make ice. Great support when the TVs were not working. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful 3 bedroom condo with a couple of pulls out sofas and several decks (rooftop had a wonderful view of the water and the Newport bridge). The unit was modern and clean. I especially loved the white walls, colorful bedding and nautical themed decorations. The kitchen was so large and had everything we needed. The hosts were there whenever you needed them and responded quickly to my questions. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shops and you really didn't even need a car since everything was so accessible. You could also walk down to the water in just a couple of minutes. You never know what you're going to get when you book a place online but this unit exceeded my expectations! Next time we travel to Newport I would love to stay here again.
