Vacation in style at Driftwood Tides. Relax in the private pool or hot tub while the kids enjoy a movie in the home theater. Enjoy a game of pool after you've poured yourself a drink from the wet bar. The beach is just a hop, skip, and jump away so you're bound to hear the waves crashing from your backyard. While you're out there, fire up the grill and get some burgers going. Space isn't a problem with 5 spacious en-suites for the whole family. You'll find yourself making memories here year after year.

Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the Admiral Street and Baltic Street beach accesses! Head north from the home and cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk to access beach. Paved parking lot and wooden walkway to allow easy access to the beach. Located just south of the home is the Baltic Street access - cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked cross walk to access the beach!
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

The house was amazing. It was very clean and well decorated. The location was great. Very close to the beach. The pool was nice and was very clean. The pump went out of the hot tub but a serviceman was called immediately and the pump was replaced the next day. My only suggestion would be to have a ramp going into the house and out to the pool. We had 3 handicapped people in our party and although there were only 5 steps, they are fairly steep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at South Forks Farm 10. We had a concern with the water not getting hot enough but the maintenance tech was onsite quickly. We will stay here again.

Best vacation ever! The property exceeded our expectations. There were a few nights we decided to skip the crowds and cook dinner at the house because the kids had just as much fun there as anywhere we could’ve taken them. We will definitely be back!
