House was very spacious for 12 people and everyone was comfortable. Plus having another family room on first floor great for teenagers to spend time. Great kitchen table accommodated all of us and plus having another room to do puzzles and arts and crafts. Rooms were pretty clean considering it’s pet friendly and short walk to beach. Also, close to nags head pier where we went fishing daily. Location is perfect by beach, shops, food lion, jockey’s ridge, pier. Another thing having beach equipment, kids toys, and games was a HUGE Bonus for our whole family! Thank you!
Hot tub being in back yard with full sun during the day. All other house had in deck and in shade so could go in after the beach instead of waiting until after dinner. Plays exposed for neighbors to see.
Didn’t like the check in time of 5pm and check out at 9am. Every place we’ve stayed the last 12 summers had 4pm check in and 10am checkout.
