The area is very quiet. The beach is so close. Plenty of room to hang out as an extended family together on third floor and enough space in the rest of the house or by the pool to keep away from them as well. The pool was much bigger than expected. We hope to come back, but this may have been a once in a lifetime vacation. Thank you. Chef

absolutely perfect! extra items such as beach chairs, cleaning supplies, patio furniture made it feel like a 4-star hotel. everyone wants to come back next year.

Everything in the house was worn and cluttered. There was not a comfortable place to sit. The couch was awful! The listing said beach towels were provided. There was one. Beach chairs were old and we only found one we could use. Outside furniture was cheap and plastic. Master bed had a top sheet tucked around the mattress. There was no fitted sheet and no sheet to cover with. We found a fitted sheet in the closet, but it didn’t fit the bed. Some of the bath towels were stained. There were no wash cloths. Kitchen was stocked with old, mismatched pots and pans, an old drip coffee maker and dull knives. Although the pool was older, we enjoyed it. The hot tub was nice. The proximity to the beach was nice. Overall, we were rather disappointed, but tried to make the best of it. The company was great!
