Cottage comes completely furnished and ready for your vacation. Bring your own boat for added fun. Private lake front community. Less than 5 miles from Good Speed Opera House and the CT River. Casinos 20 mins away. Washer & Dryer on premise. Enjoy the private calmness or bring the friends & family. About 1 hr from Hartford and 2.5 Hrs from NYC. Everything is new inside and out and we have all the comforts of home. large gas grill, cable TV, wireless Internet, fully stocked kitchen and much more. We have had guest from around the world and most come back every year.

The cottage is clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The space is set up so a group can easily relax and spend time together. The view is beautiful. The hosts are flexible, friendly, and easy available. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience some New England charm. Many thanks to the hosts!

The cottage is everything one could need or want when wanting to enjoy quiet surrounded by nature. The hosts really set it up with all one needs to feel like they are home away from home. They communicated well and made sure we knew we could reach out to them for any needs. I left out a star due to water issues which has nothing to do with the host but location I’m sure. We had to keep waiting for it to be available for showers and with teens the complaints must be heard and thus that should be mentioned in the description. For grown ups we manage more gracefully with patience. That was the only thing.
