The Oak House is an ultra comfortable and quaint home located in Fayetteville. It is located only 0.8 miles from the University of Arkansas and a short distance to Dickson Street, the Walton Arts Center, and Fayetteville Square! It is a convenient and central location to all attractions in Northwest Arkansas including shopping, restaurants, bike trails, and local breweries!

This property is one side of a well-maintained duplex, offering you your own independent space.
Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events

Very comfortable and perfect location within the university. The unit is very private and surrounded by lush vegetation. The host stocked the house with all you need for a fabulous stay. They gave us a thoughtful welcoming gift as well. All the outside trash cans were full when we got there so we had to place our trash bags next to them. That was the only part that was not ideal.

We grilled hamburgers outside, and maybe could have used a large serving tray/platter. Otherwise we were fine. we just used a couple dishes.

Perfect space for quality family time. The deck with beautiful wooded views was tranquil. Felt right at home immediately.
