The location was clean, the host was very accommodating, and very pet friendly. Parking is limited, but the host was clear on that upon booking.

We had a great stay with Pink Door Properties. They accurately described this rental, communicated well in advance and the accommodations were as expected. The location is 10/10 for the U of A experience. The dedicated parking spot alone was a wonderful value in time while exploring the area. The home was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We were in town for a sports tournament with young kids. The condo provided a lot of space and had everything needed. We did notice a few things that could be improved and suggested those to the property owners. They were responsive and we would look forward to staying here again.

The second parking spot was not available the first day. All spots were occupied. We had to use the ParkMobile App and pay for parking. Once we did secure the second parking spot, we did not want to move the vehicle because we were afraid of losing it again for overnight parking. The property should not be advertised with two parking spots.

It was fine, but we felt that it was super expensive for the place. The area around the building needs clean up , and be prepared for loud music until 2:00 am. The place was clean inside, we felt the cost was very high for what it is, a small place, no outdoor area, and loud music every night.
