We recently stayed at this VRBO apartment and had a fantastic experience. Here are the key highlights:
Cleanliness: The apartment was meticulously clean upon arrival, providing a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
Location: The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk (three blocks) from the metro, we found it incredibly convenient to explore all that Barcelona has to offer.
Comfort: With air conditioning and ample space, the apartment was perfect for our family of four. After long days of sightseeing, it was a relief to return to such a comfortable and well-maintained space.
This apartment in Barcelona is an excellent choice for families or anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and impeccably clean place to stay. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning on our next visit to Barcelona.

We had an excellent experience staying with Fisa Rentals. The apartment is situated about 10 minutes walk from Barcelona Sants station, which is a stop for the airport train, so is easily accessible. The apartments itself was in perfect condition with great facilities available: cooking utensils, cleaning equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven/grill, wifi, good tv, small safe. Three little welcome packs were even included: toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar/salt, and cleaning supplies. Apartment was very spacious with a larger bed in the bedroom and a large fold out sofa bed (easy to fold out/in). Walk in shower with hot water and good water pressure. Plenty of extra blankets if required and towels. Control for apartment heating/cooling. Large balcony with two chairs off the bedroom and overlooking square in front of building. Sitting room area also has ceiling to floor sliding doors (with rail behind) that open onto square. Everything was spotless and neatly laid

Very nice and clean apartment in a good neighbourhood. Close to train/bus stations and grocery stores. Takes about 20 minutes to the city center or Beach. Easy check in and check out!
