About this house rental
Breathtaking oceanfront views and this charming Hilton Head beach home will set the tone for an unforgettable beach vacation. 123 Dune Lane has four bedrooms plus a loft with bedding, 3.5 baths, sleeps 10 guests and features a private pool, private beach path, multiple balconies and extensive decking with panoramic views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean.
The main level of the home has vaulted ceilings and extensive windows that highlight the oceanfront view. This level features the kitchen with granite counters and bar seating for four (4), dining area with seating for eight (8) and large living room with large, comfortable sofas and flat screen TV. The laundry room is behind the kitchen and provides a 2nd refrigerator and extra pantry, in addition to the full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom with King bed, flat screen TV and private oceanfront balcony is also on this level, as well as a half bath that serves the living areas.
The second floor features 3 bedrooms and a loft area with bunk beds, chairs and a TV. The oceanfront guest bedroom on the left has a King bed, TV, full bath and balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. A second oceanfront guest bedroom on the right also has a King bed, TV and balcony. The third guest bedroom has 1 Twin bed and 1 Full bed and a flat screen TV, and this bedroom shares a full bath with the loft area and King oceanfront bedroom on the right.
The amenities at 123 Dune Lane will take your vacation to the next level! All of the bedrooms and living areas have TVs, DVD players and wireless internet. A recreation room with separate lockable entrance has a ping pong table and enough room to safely store golf clubs, bikes, etc. And the outside amenities include a large swimming pool (can be heated for additional fee), gas grill, private beach path, and plenty of decking and furniture for relaxing and entertaining around the pool.

House was great.
Location was fantastic. Sitting on beach with private access. Views were great. We also were able to walk to Coligney whenever we wanted (about a mile).
The inside of house was amazingly clean, especially considering it being on beach.
On our Sunday, we called about a couple maintenance issues, and someone was out quickly to address. Very impressed.
Only issue was with hot tub. When we opened it on Sunday, water was yellow and we couldn’t turn on. Someone came out, replaced fuse and out in some chemicals and told to let run for a day. After a day of running, water still didn’t look great, and there was a rust film around water. Called again, and took two days and I other call for someone to call back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful location, view, and beach access. The pool was a fun addition. The amenities in the house were great - beautiful, high end kitchen, lovely living room. Very spacious. There were six of us and it worked great.
Our only complaint was that the listing showed a hot tub and there wasn’t one. It turns out the hot tub was being replaced, but we were not informed of that before we arrived. When we talked to the management company, they agreed to pay for heating the pool for us instead. It was a fair compromise, but we would have appreciated knowing that before we arrived. A hot tub was delivered at the end of our stay, so that shouldn’t be an issue any more. We did have a couple of minor issues with the house - sink not draining, issue with stove, but the management company took care of that right away so we were very satisfied. Overall, very satisfied and we would stay there again.

This was the first time we have gone to the beach for Thanksgiving. This house got us all comfortably and there was enough room and dishes to still do a mostly traditional dinner for Thanksgiving. I wish the weather would have been a littler better during our stay but we were able to stay busy while it rained.
