This new building has a privileged location in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Located 5 min. walking from the famous Playa de los Muertos, where you can enjoy beach clubs, bars, water sports, and other activities. You will have access to exclusive shops, art galleries, theaters, nightclubs, and excellent culinary options within walking distance.
You can visit the Los Muertos pier where you will find water taxis that will take you to the secluded beaches of the south coast such as Las Animas, Yelapa, and Caletas.
Situated a little up on the hill, you will enjoy a picturesque setting, offering stunning views of its surroundings.
Other things to note
Please note that the building has two entrances, and both require the use of stairs to access the property. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2100 usd or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Weekly maid service is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Household supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Our host, Alejandra was very welcoming and gave me contact information if I needed help. The Condo was clean, well stocked and the location was excellent. We could take the Funicular down the hill where there were many wonderful restaurants. The beds were very comfy and we were supplied with toiletries for the week. The towels were nice and fluffy. I would highly recommend this Condo.

Condo was bright, clean, spacious, and convenient to Zona Romantica. Had some maintenance issues (no hot water, A/C in main room stopped working, stove wouldn't light) that were promptly fixed. Service response was prompt and friendly. A few other minor maintenance issues made it feel like the property had been unused for a bit and we were the first of the season (a few lightbulbs out, only one facecloth, etc.) but otherwise the condo was as advertised and very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space and location. There is a great little cafe 2 min away open all day where we had great food and coffee!

Our stay was nice. The air conditioner in the main room did not work for most of our stay. The main room was very hot as it was 32 degrees Celsius for the entirety of our stay. The listing did make it seem like the property was a lot closer to the ocean than it was in reality. We had two small children with us, and so we had hoped that the distance to the ocean was shorter. But the space itself was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was missing a few essentials, but was mostly well-stocked. The pool was lovely. Overall, our stay was good.

The unit is located on the first floor facing the street on both sounds. This makes it VERY LOUD and difficult to sleep or relax. It was not stocked with soap or body wash. The coffee maker had no carafe and it had grounds in it that were mold and mildew. The beds are comfy and the furnishings are nice.
