This spacious Puerto Vallarta 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Vacation condo is directly on the famous los Muertos Beach. It has all the amenities you could need to make yourself feel like home, with daily maid service and featuring stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and blender, completely furnished with, cable TV with DVD player, CD player, a phone for local calls, free wireless Internet access, an alarm clock, air conditioner on each room and iron with board.
Enjoy your day while tanning beside the pool and in the afternoons watching Puerto Vallarta stunning sunsets from the balcony.
El Dorado #401 is located within a few steps from Puerto Vallarta nightlife, splendid galleries, and delightful restaurants.
Please note: As you may know, Puerto Vallarta, in particular the Romantic Zone is a vibrant area with many attractions and new projects always underway. There is active construction in the neighborhood, and daytime noise may occur (typically Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm).
These conditions are beyond our control and may include noise, dust, or temporary inconveniences.
No refunds, discounts, or credits can be issued due to construction-related disturbances.

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services
Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

My wife, son and his girlfriend and I spent a very pleasant 2 weeks in El Dorado 401. We were very happy with the condo. It was exactly what we expected. Very comfortable and with good kitchen. We used the swimming pool a lot but were also able to walk down to the beach to swim in the sea. The location of El Dorado is perfect. The staff were very helpful. Will definitely return for another vacation. Hasta luego!

Beware of the construction zone going on directly outside the front door of the unit. About a dozen men with jack hammers are tearing down a building across the street. The construction noise was obtrusive, persistent and unrelenting during the day, except on Sunday.We were not made aware of the construction, and if we had, we would not have booked this unit. The owner of the unit claimed to have no knowledge of the construction and did not offer to relocate us during our stay. The beach access is through a dirty, narrow, back exit and is used by the restaurant for storage. There is not any beach seating associated with the property. The furniture upholstery is dingy and needs cleaning. The entire unit is dated and needs to be brought forward. The location is great and the onsite staff is nice.
