Pack your beach bags and chairs and take a short walk down to the sandy beaches of Garden City and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Wonderful condo steps to the beach.

The unit was perfect for the 3 of us. Convenient to beach, pool and the pier.
Only negative thing which was disappointing, was the parking. Frustrating when you come back to the condo and there are no parking spaces. We had to find a place to park up the street.

Condo was in a great location. Very cute & clean & beautifully decorated AND remodeled. With all that being said, I would not stay here or any other condo in this building because of the parking situation. Description of condo states 1 spot per unit. FALSE! And Dunes wasn’t able to offer any suggestions on where to park. If I'm paying to stay at a condo, I want to park at my condo. I'd pay more to stay somewhere else next time if I know the parking at my condo isn't an issue.
