Relax in the comfortable queen bed with a handcrafted wood headboard and matching end tables. Enjoy meals at the indoor dining table or outside on the spacious deck, where you’ll find an outdoor dining area, hot tub, and firepit. We had the best time at the Creekside Cricket! Our pup Bo had the best time playing in the Creek. Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the hot tub! Service was spotty for us even with WiFi, but it was also nice to disconnect. I was able complete homework on my laptop which was good! Space was clean and comfy! Would love to visit again! Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with if needed! Highly recommend!

The hot tub was clean and heated up nicely. The cabin was clean and cozy. The area was very quiet with the nice trickle from the stream next to the cabin.

I had a fantastic stay at this location. The cabin was clean, cozy, and provided ample parking for my truck with a trailer. The air conditioning was pleasantly cold, and the hot tub was a much-needed relief after a long 12 hour drive and a thrilling ride through the Tail of the Dragon.The convenience of having a general shop just 10 minutes away was a plus, and everyone at the property was friendly and welcoming.However, there were a few concerns during my stay. The seal on the mini fridge was faulty, requiring me to prop a small chair against the door to ensure my food and drinks stayed cold. Additionally, the cabin had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, particularly when I turned on the shower vent. Unfortunately, this resulted in all of my and my girlfriend’s clothes absorbing the smell, even after keeping the windows open all day and running the fan continuously.Another issue was with the lighting—when dimmed to the lowest setting, the lights flickered excessively, though they functioned properly when fully turned on.Also I'm not sure if the cabin was supposed to be tilted, but from the moment you walk in you can definitely tell the cabin is slanted toward the door and porch. Messed with my balance for a second until I got used to it. Despite these concerns, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the location had several positive attributes that made the stay worthwhile.
