Old sheepfold overlooking the valley of the Eygues, this villa was completely renovated in 2015. Today transformed into a modern and functional dwelling, it remains "nestled" in its park of forests and meadows of 26 hectares - ideal for holidaymakers looking for calm in the green!
The villa counts:
- 5 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and one with 2 single bunk beds
- 2 bathrooms and separate toilets
- 1 very large living / dining room with kitchen in the American style (~ 100m2). The kitchen is fully equipped (including Nespresso coffee machine and coffee maker, waffle appliances, raclette, fondue ...)
- 1 outdoor pool 4x8m (unheated)
- 1 set of terraced garden
- 1 trampoline
- 1 gas BBQ
Note that the villa is 1km from a SuperU Express very well stocked and very reasonable price ...
