A quality, spacious, modern 2-bedroom apartment with air con, large veranda with brilliant sea views, in easy walking distance to everywhere in the Luz, including the beach.
Located in the small Acacias complex which consists of four 3-storey blocks with 24 apartments in total. From the parking area 4 steps lead up to the entrance, and this apartment is located on the slightly elevated ground floor with two stories above it, and there is intercom entry.
The living area has a dining table with 6 chairs while the lounge has two couches, flat screen TV with International channels, free Wi Fi and doors to a balcony which extends to include access from the kitchen and bedrooms. The balcony has a table and chairs and has lovely sea views and overlooks of the attractive shared pool area.
The kitchen has a breakfast table and is well-equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery etc. Even the cook has lovely views while preparing food in the kitchen as it opens onto the long balcony which is also accessed from the lounge and bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom 2 has three single beds and a chest of drawers, and both bedrooms have direct access to the veranda with great sea views. A Cot and a Highchair are available, on request, at no extra charge.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, wc and basin.
This is an ideal apartment for a family holiday being near the beach, or equally suitable for a couple wanting a bright, clean well-appointed apartment in a charming village setting with shops, banks, hairdressers, a medical centre, restaurants and the beach all just a short walk away.

Great property perfectly located. Good communication with the owners and the property itself is good. Would have liked there to be some cleaning products present like toilet duck and kitchen spray as i like to keep things really clean. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at this property in Praia de Luz. The view was Spectacular, it was spot clean, comfortable bed and well equipped. It was a great location; easily walk to the amenities and the promenade for coffee, drinks and dinner at the beach. Clara was an absolute dream - very easy check in. All good. We would Absolutey recommend and stay again in future.
