About this house rental
This modern, tastefully decorated holiday home has been recently renovated and is ideal for a family holiday. On the grounds of Villa Malve the house is located in the center of Bansin and at the same time only three minutes walk from the beach. 110 square meters spread functionally but tastefully on 3 floors. The first bedroom with double bed is located on the first floor, the second bedroom with French bed and two single beds in the attic - access is via the second living room via an open staircase. The second cozy living room is located on the ground floor and turns into a friendly, bright dining area. From there you can access the terrace - do you fancy a cozy breakfast in the open air or a cheerful barbecue? The separate fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor, as well as a guest bathroom with sink. The spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub is located on the first floor. In both living rooms an extra bed of two persons can be made on the comfortable sofa beds. A parking space is located directly at the house.
In connection with the renovation of the Villa Malve, the rear building of the property was also completely renovated in 2002 and converted into a cozy holiday home. Quietly located and yet right in the center of the seaside resort Bansin. Even the powder-soft sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, there are not three minutes walk. An ideal base for a relaxing beach holiday, or, if it's not to go to the beach, for exploring the imperial baths or the attractive hinterland of the island of Usedom.
