📢 POOL MAINTENANCE NOTICE (JUNE 18 TO JULY 2): Please note that the rooftop pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance from June 18 through June 25. Additionally, the River Pool will be closed from June 25 through July 2. Please be aware that, depending on the progress of the work, the maintenance period may be extended by a few additional days beyond the anticipated completion date.

This corner unit sits on a morning and evening cross breeze, down from the valley or up from the sea. Perfect for those of us who prefer to sleep with no air conditioning, should you choose not to use it. Sunsets can be watched from the balcony or the rooftop pool.

BEDROOM
Indulge in the luxury of a king-size bed in the tranquil bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom and a convenient desk for remote work or vacation planning. Step out onto the small private balcony and savor morning coffee with a backdrop of majestic mountain vistas.

KITCHEN

***To help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the space, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes upon entering.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Please be advised that visitors of the residents renting the condo are not permitted.
