About this apartment rental
This lovely condo has two spacious bedrooms, two marble bathrooms, and tons of closet space. New furnishings include an American king size bed in each bedroom. A "real" kitchen with plenty of counter space, full sized appliances, and includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer. The unit provides beautiful ocean views and a 10 minute downhill walk to Vallarta's beautiful Malecon. Far enough away to experience what it is like to live in a Puerto Vallarta neighborhood, but also close to restaurants, bars, shopping, beaches, and everything you could ask for. This condo is gold. It is in the perfect area for visiting PV and really seeing how Mexico and PV life is. The owners are very easy to communicate with and Jesus is very responsive. Lidia, the lady who cleans is wonderful and accommodating. Don't hesitate to book!

We stayed at this property for one week. I read the reviews about the condo was up a hill but didnt visualize how steep the hill was....LOL! We tried to get a taxi to take us up the hill a few times and they refused for whatever reason, so we trekked up the hill. There are roosters in the area and they start crowing between 4 & 5am and continue throughtout the day. So, if you want to sleep late, this is not the place for you. In our opinion, we didnt think the condo was so clean. There were dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door and garbage left behind from the last occupants. Overall, the condo and location was okay but we deinitely will not return to this condo.
