About this house rental

Immerse yourself in a green paradise of the delightful, large Mediterranean garden in the wonderful Villa Naturavita which offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday for up to 12 people. Let yourself be spoilt by this beautiful villa located in the peaceful countryside of the Istrian hinterland with a view of the hills in the background, while you relax in the large private pool (54 m2). On the ground floor is the bright and pleasant living room with kitchen and dining room connected in an open concept. Here you can spend time together and enjoy the view of the large garden and pool. You will also find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the upper floor the gallery continues into another small living room and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. In this second living room is the sofa bed. From the bedrooms on the first floor you have a magical view of the garden and the green surroundings. If you are travelling with children, they will also enjoy their holiday, as the garden offers a small playground and a pool (20 square metres) for children. For more fun, Villa Naturavita also offers various sports activities (volleyball, badminton, basketball, football) as well as table tennis, darts and more in the spacious games room next to the open-plan dining area. This villa has everything you need for a relaxing but fun holiday! Pazin is a small, historically rich town in the heart of the enchanting Istrian hinterland, which has a lot to offer and is only about 30 km away from other tourist towns. For centuries, Pazin was the strongest Habsburg fortress in the area and the headquarters of the former prince. You can still visit this medieval castle (Kastel) today, as it is well preserved. Today it houses the Ethnographic Museum of Istria and the Museum of the Town of Pazin. You can also visit churches in this area, as six of them are protected by the Croatian Cultural Heritage. One of them, the Church of St Mary in Beram (between Pazin and Porec), is world-famous for the Istrian fresco of the Dance of Death from 1474. The Istrian hinterland also offers much more than just culture. If you are a nature lover, you have come to the right place. Enjoy hiking, zipline or go on a gastro bike tour to try Istrian specialities. Be sure to visit the Pazin stream, where you can admire small waterfalls, ponds and even caves. You can also swim in this pure nature in summer. If you want to get to know Istria better, visit Porec, Rovinj or Pula.
