Overall, while cleanliness could be improved, the helpful and polite staff made our stay pleasant.

The staff responsible for the villa and overall maintenance were very polite, attentive, and helpful, which we truly appreciated.

We experienced an issue with ants during our stay that we couldn’t resolve, and overall the villa could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Although it had a proper BBQ grill, no accessories were provided, so we had to purchase them ourselves.

Nice location and nice houses, very nice big garden in one of the houses.

We booked 2 houses for a work retreat/ teambuilding. While the stay was generally nice, there were some minor issues: a number of electrical sockets and lamps did not work, there was no internet router in one of the houses (the staff brought it pretty fast after we contacted them), there were no toiletries provided except hand soap (the listing said toiletries provided so we assumed at least shampoo), the pool was dirty so we couldn’t use it.

Nice villa with a pool

The house was amazing it had just about everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equiped. Its very spacious .. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff is extra nice, so we expanded our stay a bit.

Quite a few things in the house were damaged or falling apart.. ( mirror frames, billard stics, umbrella etc..) Little details like that sadly matter

So so...

The stay was pleasant. However in mid June we experienced 3 days of poor weather and fire next door for two consecutive days. The personnel is kind and helpful.

I am strongly convinced the house is overpriced. The full furniture is very very basic if not to say unappealing. Little wardrobes, bathrooms curtain could be replaced (very used for this price) Kingsize bed is two single beds joined with a wooden gap in between. No fun if you wanted a kingsize bed:/ Dishwasher needs fixing: it works however the sliding parts are not inline and keep falling out each time you want to put/take something out. Annoying. Neighboors aren't something you choose while your hols however bare in mind that if you are looking for a quiet area this location doesn't give you your tranquility you hoped for - in few houses nearby many German students party hard so if you are looking for a quiet place this isn't really a good choice. It's far from town and shops which is why we chose it in first place hoping for the away from town and tumult but happened to have neighbor's who played loud music non stop. After intervention they were a bit quieter for 2hrs :/ pool is regularly cleaned which is a big plus. Garden is pretty for the eye. overall I recommend the house mainly due to very polite and responsive personnel but with a few "but"s from my side. It was our second stay with Istarski and I'm afraid our last.

Realy nice house with lots of space and great swimming pool. Aircons inside was really nice during the night for better sleep. Great location if you have a car.

Lots of ants and bees I guess because of the rural place but that didnt bother much as long you remember not to keep some food outside and check your beer bottle before drinking :)

beautiful villa, helpful staff but lacking in luxury and comfort

Villa itself is beautiful and on a beautiful street. the gardens are large and well maintained. the property manager is lovely and very responsive.

Many things inside were broken or old - the oven bell kept ringing randomly and wasn’t fixed. The garden umbrella broke during a storm and was never fixed. The washing machine didn’t work. The white goods are old. The toaster was tiny (for 2). There was no spare bedsheets, no extra towels and hardly any crockery. Coffee/tea cups were miniature. The pool was dirty and I had to clean slime off the edges on my first day before allowing kids to use it and the shower curtains were dirty at the bottom. They hadn’t been washed for our arrival. The pillows were extremely hard and not comfortable. The double beds had no double bedding so they had placed to single sheets side by side which moved all over the place at night.

Very comfortable and spacious house with all amenities you need set in beautiful nature.

House was very spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped. Pool was very clean. Rooms and toillets were very clean. It was real private there and no rush around. You can monitor stars in night because there is no light smog.

Grass on yard was dry while the other villas had greener yard. The stone around pool was very nice and pleasant but was crumbling a bit. All house and equipment was very clean but there was lot of flies inside the toilet and shower when we came on first day.

Superb

The villa with its garden is a very comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet place to stay. The equipment of the house is both functional and sufficient, if something did not work the host solved the problem very quickly. The host Martina is a very nice lady, always ready to help and give useful advice/ tips. We had a great week there.

The only thing missing are mosquito nets in windows.

Top Ausstattung mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.

Viele Dinge waren reparaturbedürftig wie zB Türen, Fenster, verstopfte Abflüsse... Für lärmende kleine Kinder sind die Nachbarn doch ziemlich nahe.

Le camere erano comode , bel patio e bella zona giorno

Lavandino e condizionatore perdevano acqua, lavastoviglie non funzionava, l'ombrellone per la zona piscina c'è stato portato 2 giorni dopo e comunque non bastava per 8 persone, il retino per pulire la piscina dalle sozzure e dagli animali velenosi non c'era e nonostante lo abbiamo chiesto ci è stato portato e subito dopo riportato via, abbiamo provveduto facendocelo prestare dalle persone delle ville adiacenti sempre di loro gestione, una porta finestra ha ceduto e si è quasi staccata del tutto (senza che ci fossero stati urti da parte nostra o altri episodi che potessero romperla). Parliamo anche della pulizia generale della casa che non era proprio il massimo, la cucina era invasa da formiche... comprendiamo che le ville essendo in mezzo alla natura, possano avere molti animali, ma la pulizia è importante e se scarsa, attira molti più animali di quanti già ce ne fossero, aggiungo anche che la pattumiera esterna ci è stata lasciata piena di immondizia . !!!!!Ultimo ma non per importanza ed è la cosa più preoccupante, nella villa si sono introdotte persone sconosciute con le torce in piena notte probabilmente per rubare qualcosa, per fortuna si sono messi in fuga non appena scoperti ma vi assicuro che tutto ciò alle 3 di notte non è per niente piacevole!!!! Nonostante le diverse e continue segnalazioni da parte nostra non ci è stata fornita assistenza sufficiente per poter andare via con un buon ricordo.

Super, gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft. Sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Das Team ist nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar als wir am Samstag Abend ein technisches Problem hatten, haben sie sofort reagiert und sich darum gekümmert.

Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine eigene Dusche und Toilette.

Die Hotline war sehr schlecht erreichbar und wir mussten einen Tag warten bis jemand kam um sich den Boiler anzuschauen, da dieser nicht mehr funktionierte hat.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super! Zwar liegt sie etwas außerhalb von Poreč, aber mit dem Auto ist sie problemlos und schnell erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – es war wirklich an alles gedacht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die zahlreichen Badezimmer und Toiletten, was für Gruppen oder Familien ideal ist. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt

Allerdings gab es auch ein paar Dinge, die nicht so ideal waren. Der Einstieg in den Pool war etwas locker und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass er nicht ganz stabil befestigt ist – hier sollte auf jeden Fall nachgebessert werden. Leider sind außerdem immer wieder Tiere in den Pool gefallen, was bedeutete, dass wir oft erstmal länger mit dem Säubern beschäftigt waren. Besonders für uns als reine Mädelsgruppe war das etwas anstrengend, da wir uns auch nicht wirklich getraut haben, die Tiere (wie Insekten oder kleine Kriechtiere) in der Villa selbst zu entfernen. Natürlich ist das eine persönliche Empfindung und kann je nach Person unterschiedlich sein, aber für uns war es leider ein negativer Punkt.

super schöne Villa - perfekter Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung. Ideal für alle, die zur Ruhe kommen wollen. Sehr schöner Ausblick, riesiger Garten und toller (beheizbarer) Pool. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Es war ein supertoller Urlaub - vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!!!

Von der Außenbeleuchtung war leider nur 1 Lampe funktionstüchtig. Das Gartentor ließ sich nicht schließen und schepperte bei Wind. Der Billiardtisch und die Kös waren ziemlich ramponiert. Alles andere im top-Zustand! Tipp: Mückenkerzen für die Terrasse und Mückenspray mitnehmen.
