About this villa rental
The holiday home has its own private saltwater pool (optionally heated) which is equipped with always soft clear and, above all, very pure water. In addition, there is a large barbecue with outdoor kitchen on the terrace. Furthermore, you can make free use of the communal swimming pool on the urbanisation and other facilities such as: tennis court, children's playground and football field at walking distance from the villa.
A fence can be placed by the pool so our little ones can play safely on the terrace. You can specify this when booking the villa. The additional cost of this is €25.
The beautiful garden is fenced and therefore safe for children. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave), utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and living/dining room adjacent to the terrace with views of nature and sea. The terrace is located so that you can sunbathe undisturbed. There are 2 bedrooms with spacious bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a spacious bathroom, making this holiday home very suitable for 2 families. Furthermore, the villa has a 1-car garage with remote control which you can use during your stay.
During your stay in the villa and on the beach of St Antoni de Calonge, you can make free use of a fast WiFi connection (40Mb). Furthermore, all bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. In the summer months of July and August there is a TV outside on the covered terrace.
Heated pool possible with additional energy costs € 175,= per week. In connection with hygiene, you must rent bed linen (€ 20) and towels (€ 5.00) through us.

We spend a good time at the villa, which has very nice quiet location and great views of the sea. It is very practical and quite comfortable. The only recommendation I would give to the owner is to make a little investment into the towels (provided for additional charge) and kitchen utensils.
Though the description says that the beach is 2.5 km from the villa you have to drive to it, which we considered as advantage visiting best beaches in Girona province. Also in close driving proximity are great sightseeing places and restaurants, including not yet well known but incredible El Somni in Calonge.
In general I would highly recommend the villa for nice and relaxing vacation.
