The Casa Beira Golf is a spacious and tranquil dwelling, located next to the Old Course in Vilamoura, ideal for families and golfers seeking privacy, nature, and easy access to the marina and local services.
Guests particularly value the green and calm location, the space for families, the BBQ, the comfort of the beds, and the feeling of a private home, with a strong intention to return.
The property accommodates up to 6 people and offers a good separation between social and private areas:
* Ground floor
* 1 room with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom
* 1 room with a double bed, air conditioning and shared bathroom
* 1st floor (independent access from the outside)
* 1 room with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom
The decoration is modern and functional, recently renovated, with a view and direct access to the golf course.
The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, suitable for family meals. The living and dining area is spacious, with a table for 6 people, a sofa with a chaise longue, a TV, fast Wi-Fi and direct access to the terrace and pool.
Exterior and leisure
* Private swimming pool (heating available between April and October, upon request and at an additional cost; weather dependent)
* Lawn area next to the golf course
* Charcoal barbecue, in the shade and next to the outdoor table
* Reserved parking right in front of the entrance
Location
* Very calm and green area, ideal for relaxation
* SPAR is about 5 minutes walk
* Vilamoura Marina, restaurants and shops are a few minutes by car
* Excellent base for golf, nature, walks and local life

Hi we have had a beautiful week in your villa thank you very much it has everything you need x I have no criticism but a possible suggestion of some sort of tray in the showers to put soap/products would be a great addition And just as an extra note I feel there is possibly dog poo at the top of the garden near the sun beds it didn’t cause us any issues as we only sat at the top a couple of times. You truly have a beautiful villa in a beautiful location thank you again for letting us stay there x Kerry
There is a Spar only 5 mins walk were you can get a beautiful and very cheap pastry breakfast We would definitely book again

Nice villa overlooking the old course. Well equipped. Heated pool.
Not overly spacious insideout. It wasn’t clear from the description that one of the bedrooms is a self contained upstairs apartment with separate outdoor entrance. One set of keys makes moving freely between difficult unless you leave everything unlocked.

Internally the villa was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. There were a few items that needed fixed and were dealt with quickly. Outside was not so good. A lot of the areas were needing attention and tidied up. A lot of leaves and debris lying about and not cleaned up before we arrived and did it ourselves. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the pool. The pool was dirty and only after a number of appeals was the pool eventually cleaned and ready for use. We arrived on Saturday 3rd May and the pool was not available for use until Wednesday 7th May which was 50% of our stay. This made a bad start to the stay. If a bit more effort was put in to the exterior of the villa then it would be an excellent place to stay. Another point is that the photographs in the listing need to be brought up to date as there has been a number of changes. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it could have been a lot better.
