1516MB: Magical 6bed/6ba luxury villa w/PRIVATE POOL GAM ROOM & MORE

When I check-in I did a tour of the house for any damages prior. 1 pool stick was broke, definitely need to upgrade downstairs couches, couple of the vertical blinds kept falling when opening. 1 bedroom window blind didn’t closed. It remain open during our stay but was able to closed curtain to prevent anybody from looking in. Couple of marks and scratches on wall but I guess that’s normal wear and tear. Oh and one more thing, we found a couple of roaches in house..1 dead roach in my son room. Living room tv remote wasn’t working. So i don’t know if it needed batteries or broke. House was clean. Pool area amazing. Easy access to local grocery stores. Easy access to the major highways. Had to do a service call for downstairs A/C and the respond time was awesome..less than 2 hours. Other than that, I enjoyed the house and the kids also. Only thing I would recommend is get the pool heated. It was hot during the day but at night the pool water was cold. Yes, I would stay here again and I would recommend this property.

Just remember it's Covid time so there is basically nothing in the kitchen except dishes, glasses, pots and pans and silverware. Bath & pool towels only - no kitchen towels or hand towels or washcloths. The management was always willing to help correct any other problems

Everything was exactly how we imagined & hoped they would be! House was nice & roomy! Kids enjoyed the awesome pool out back, neighbors seemed friendly as well as everyone at front gate. It was just a perfect match for us!! We had babies 2/3 years old 18/20 year olds & adults over 21 & we all enjoyed our stay at the home!! Recommend for sure

It’s obvious that the owners of this property invested in the furnishings of this property but the lack of maintenance is evident from the moment you walk through the house. From broken fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms to broken kitchen cabinets, broken furniture, visibly torn leather in the family room couch, pool table sticks broken and the list goes on. Unfortunately upon arrival the pool was very dirty and one of my guests sliced their foot on Glass inside the hot tub. The property was cleaned as I arrived as the cleaning lady was finishing but her attention to detail was obvious. We found loose garbage items in the garbage can underneath the trash bag, Cheetos on the couch, hair in the sink, the floor and surfaces were sticky. Definitely bring your pillows because this house doesn’t have any. Each room has either two throw pillows or two sham pillows. It’s a shame because this house has a great configuration and lots of space but for the price I would expect the house to be well maintained. If maintained this house would definitely be 5 stars but in its current condition I can only give it 3 stars.
