This home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, offering:
6 spacious bedrooms
-First floor: 1 King suite, 1 Queen suite
-Second floor: 1 King master suite, 1 Queen room and 1 Queen Jack & Jill room connected to a Twin bedroom (2 twin beds)
6 full bathrooms
Modern open-concept living and dining area
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances
Bonus game room / family loft upstairs
Private screened pool with lounge chairs and outdoor dining area

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.
BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.
AMENITIES:
* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.
* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).
* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.
* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.
* Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE:
We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):
The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.
The heater can take up to *24 to 48 hours to fully heat* the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating *at least 48 hours prior* to arrival.
The pool is heated to *86°F*. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.
Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.
*Important Notes:*
• Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.
• During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.
These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Guest must be 21 years or older to book

- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested
- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

Alot of rooms and bathrooms which was very nice and clean. Pool heat was very warm! My whole family loved this property we would for sure stay here again!

We were very pleased to walk into a fresh cleaned house. To have a starter kit was great (paper towel, toilet paper, soap, etc) The only thing we didn't get was the play yard but we never complained about it, we managed. Wish all rentals would include the BBQ grills and heating of pools in price. We will definitely rent again. Thanks for our memories at your house!

I booked a Christmas vacation for my family through VRBO but I found out later the vacation home is through Star Vacation. There is a lack of communication between the two. I was told by one I owe one amount and the other a different amount. I did not know I was charged a fee by VRBO to use them which is not included in the total of the rental. I paid my rental a week when it was do and I week later I get an email that I did not pay. I had to show them confirmation that I paid instead them checking their records that I paid. The price to heat the pool $45 a day was too much. I go to Florida frequently and I never paid more than $15 a day. The trash process is a joke. With 11 people staying at a vacation home you will have a lot of trash. You can only fit two small trash bags in the small bin outside the home which you would not know it holds trash it looks like a place you can sit. Trash suppose to be picked up promptly at 7am which did not happened and a critter got into the trash. The rest of the trash I looked on the instructions that is on the door of the vacation home that stated the trash should go the bins at the facility which it does not tell you where the bins are located. The guard at the front told me the bins were locked. I finally messaged Star Vacations and I was given a location where the the trash bins were located. Who wants to transport trash in there car. I went around there and seen a rat coming out the bins. There has to be a better process to collect trash. It looked like rat turds in the small trash bin by the vacation home and in the back where you sit by the pool. The house was nice and spacious except for some shades missing that lead to the patio door and no extra blankets or towels.
