The villa is situated on a private 1,800 m² plot surrounded by a magnificent natural landscape of pine, cypress, and olive trees.
Just twenty minutes away lies the historic town of Nafplio, a vibrant and cosmopolitan destination that once served as the first capital of modern Greece. Today, its beautifully preserved 18th-century Old Town offers a lively atmosphere with charming streets, cafés, restaurants, and cultural activities year-round.
Thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, Villa Starlett seamlessly blends contemporary architecture with traditional local materials and environmentally conscious construction. The residence is conceived as a harmonious dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces, maintaining an intimate connection with the sea. Main residence
The villa unfolds across three levels, with the main indoor and outdoor living areas located on the middle level. Below, a private swimming pool and sundeck with a pool bar create an inviting setting for relaxation and gathering. The main residence features three double bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms, as well as a distinctive open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room/playroom, and a single-bed staff room. A variety of outdoor spaces further enrich the living experience, including an atrium, spacious verandas, shaded garden areas, and a poolside lounge.
Guest house & Guest suite
Just a few meters from the main house’s entrance, the separate guest house offers extra privacy and flexibility. It has one double bedroom, a second bedroom with two built-in single beds, a shower room, and a small kitchenette. An independent one-bedroom guest suite adjacent to the guest house offers further accommodation for visiting friends or extended family.
The surrounding outdoor spaces come together to create a distinctive lifestyle environment where privacy, nature, and the Mediterranean climate are in perfect balance. The villa is nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds just 35 meters from the beach, accessible via a private pathway with about fifty steps.
Access
Access to the property is via a private driveway that leads to the parking area. From there, a discreet 80-meter footpath with a few steps along the way leads to the villa’s entrance.

The area offers so much history, culture, cuisine and nature, but it’s hard to resist the peacefulness, quality and views of the house alone. My friends and I can’t wait to return and I’m writing this just as we pass through the gate! We were a group of eight, with a couple of friends joining us from Athens for a day or two. The split levels, various lounge areas, beachside and poolside make for plenty of space. Paddle boards, pool floats, kayaks and more are provided to keep you entertained, too. One night we had Mrs. Stella prepare us a fantastic meal, she catered to specific requests and requirements in terms of allergies with ease. She also comes every lunchtime to tidy and clean, bringing hotel quality to the stay. The pool is cleaned and grounds maintained every few days, too. The nearby village, a short walk along the beach and up some steep steps, provides amenities and restaurants. We were in town during the low season, so these were only really open at the weekend. Nafplio, the incredible old capital of Greece, is a 20 min drive across the bay and is stunning.

We had a perfect vacation at the villa. It was spacious, well stocked and had views beyond our belief. The communication was great, walking distance to a charming town with friendly local people. We loved it! Our adoptive family of cats were precious, so sad to leave them. Thank you!!!

I have rented many homes all over the world and I can say without reservation this is far and away the very best. The home is as breathtaking as it appears. The location is about 30 minutes away from the small and charming city of Nafplio which can fulfill your need for souvenirs and history. That said, we fell in love with the local sea-side town of Astros. The local wine touring in Nemea is fun and the quality is excellent, who knew world class red wines can be found here. 2000 year old ruins dot every hill. The house itself is masterfully designed with a most amazing glass wall that slides open to give you a huge in door/out door space with view to the sea. Once you are there, it is hard to leave to go exploring. Every floor has a large comfortable bedroom with full bath. There are numerous comfortable spaces where people can co-exist yet have space to read, relax, meditate, etc. We did not use the pool much as there is a small rocky beach at the foot of the steps. What makes this place so over the top is that it is as well appointed as anyone's private home; from kitchen and bar stock and supplies to super comfortable beds, choices of firmness of your pillows, soft and fluffy linens and towels, wireless speakers for playing your own music or theirs, and gear for playing in the pool and sea. Dionysus, who also is the architect of this amazing space, was a great host, stocking the fridge with our grocery requests before our arrival, arranging for tours, hiring the amazing Stella to cook us our welcome dinner served on the patio, recommending travel destinations and restaurants and checking on us every day to make sure we were happy. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer to explore more of this lovely and growing region. It is well worth the detour from the better know islands to see this amazing side of Greece.
