About this house rental
Woodland and Pasture. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom, comfortable house. Wood fire. 3.0 hours from the start of Hume Highway in Sydney , 50 min from Canberra.
Sleeps 6 comfortably, or 7 if the top bunk is in use.
Due to various factors no bookings will usually be accepted without at least 48 hours notice.
Beautiful wildlife all over the property. Picturesque river close by with Platypus ponds.
Please note that you will need to bring your own linen. Plenty of pillows. Blankets and Doonas.
Long or short walks though the property lead to the river, followed by some fossicking and the chance of fools gold.
Cozy up in front of the fire and cook up storm in the fully equipped kitchen, or BBQ.
No Hunting is allowed.

A great place to get away from it all. Beautiful views, spectacular sunsets, open fires, and plenty of walks to do around the property. Mike was really helpful and generous with providing information. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything a large family needs. We would definitely come back to stay again.

We had a great stay. Property was as described and shown in photos. The wood fire was great in keeping the place warm during our winter stay. Mike was very informative and responded very quickly to any queries we had. Very quiet and great escape from city life. Highly recommend and will be staying again.

We loved our stay at Mike's farm, the house was well-equipped and spacious. We were looking for peace and that's what we got!The views and property are beautiful and it was an easy drive into town.Mike was super helpful leading up to and during the stay.We were happy that it was also dog friendly.Would highly recommend.Thanks Mike.
