"Crowson House" Newly Renovated home in Millthorpe with free WiFi, Air Conditioning, 3 bedrooms with changeable bed configuration to make up as King Size or King Singles with Feather Doonas, There is a fold out lounge for extra guests, cot and high chair at no extra cost.
Rental includes whole house no extra charges per person staying. . No hidden costs.
Two Bathrooms- one with Claw Foot Bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.
Two comfortable lounge rooms - one with a gas log fire place, TV and DVD player and Ipod dock, the other has a large screen TV with DVD and Video player. DVD and Video Library available.
Well appointed Kitchen with gas cooking, microwave, large 2 door refrigerator, Delongi Coffer machine for ground coffee.
A bottle of Angullong Bubbly as a gift.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The outdoor deck as an octagonal table with 8 chairs. Gas BBQ and umbrella.
The shared driveway leads to an old garage for undercover parking (off street parking for 2 cars).

A charming and spacious cottage in a quiet location but still close to the Main Street. Comfortable beds and great shower. Everything was very clean. I definitely recommend this property.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Millthorpe. The house was fantastic, very clean, large rooms, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms & lounge rooms were great with 7 of us staying. Communication from host Joanne was prompt & friendly. Thank you so much for the bottle of bubbly & box of chocolates, really appreciated that special touch. Would definitely stay again!!

The cottage is very well appointed and spacious as well as comfortable
The location is a few minutes walk from the village centre.
We stayed for only 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the time there.
On the down side we were disappointed with aspects of maintenance e.g.
the outside umbrella was unusable and there was no other convenient shade that we could share with our puppy.
The blind in the main lounge was broken making the room even darker.
Lighting in the cottage is generally poor
We didnt use the dishwasher as the decorative timber panel falls off when you attempt to open it.
Unfortunately our 5 month old puppy left a poo inside as we were leaving which we didn't notice. As a result the host hit us with a $200 cleaning bill which we think is excessive to say the least, the labour and cleaning products could not possibly justify this cost.
Unfortunately this has left us with a disappointing view.
