There is a parking place that comes with the residence. The place was a very clean, simple basement apartment well-located for us. The contact was very responsive, and flexible regarding check-in hours. The owner offered us extra towels for an extra-long stay, and that was thoughtful.

This VRBO unit is perfect for a stay in DC. Very clean. Bed is comfortable. Host is responsive. Bathroom is large. It’s a bit of a walk to a Metro station but doable. We walked up Georgia Ave to Buna Coffeehouse for a wonderful Ethiopian brunch. Having an off-street parking space is important in DC.
