Elegant DC apartment ideally set up for work and leisure. Conveniently located next to public transport, with an easy ride downtown, and within walking distance of Petworth & Columbia Heights’ many hip restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Close to Rock Creek Park for escape and recreation.
The space
Welcome to our newly finished garden apartment - a lovely and spacious stay for leisure or work travel.
Enter through a secure gate into the garden, through your private patio and entrance where you’ll enjoy the natural light-filled dining room and custom-designed, upscale, and fully stocked kitchen. You’ll be greeted by vibrant color, tasteful design, and unique features throughout, including a luxurious bathroom and grand shower experience, a sleek and cozy living and lounging area, dedicated workspace, and an exquisite king-sized bed after your full days of sight-seeing or working. Enjoy a sleek, user-friendly kitchen with brand-new appliances, including induction stovetop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
The apartment is ideally located for tourism and business downtown, and to the National Mall, monuments, memorials, and all the Smithsonian museums have to offer. It is steps from the DC Metro (Green and Yellow Lines, which connect directly DCA National Airport) and convenient to multiple major bus lines (N/S), including north to Silver Spring and downtown to U Street, 14th St. corridor, and Capital One Arena. If driving into DC, the house includes a private parking spot where you can charge your EV car, however, street parking is readily available.
The apartment’s local neighborhood is thriving—explore the character of DC in Petworth with 4 unique options of “market streets” within a ten minute walk, all outlined in our welcome guide with thriving, varied restaurants (including Michelin Bib Gourmands), cozy coffee shops, fun bars, local book stores, and boutique markets.
This sparkling, newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor of our house, with a private back entrance. We value your privacy, but are also happy to share tips about exploring the city and neighborhood we know and love.

This property was fantastic! Completely as described and even better. The stylish touches and quirks were very fun and high-end. We loved the wallpaper in the bathroom and the tiling in the kitchenette. Everything worked as expected and the interior and garden were thoughtfully appointed!!!

Our 3 day stay went very well. Host was so helpful going out of their way to accommodate our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to just park our car then use the Metro. Many eating places and grocery shops once we were back. The place was clean and had all we needed. It was hot so we didn’t use the outside area but can definitely see sitting out there when weather permits. Just a lovely secret garden in the middle of a city. One has all the appliances to cook if you desire. I recommend this home.

The back patio was amazing and the inside space is newly done, clean, well thought out with a compact fully loaded kitchen. The metro is close close as well.This place was one of the highlights of our stay in DC.
