Welcome to Riverside Retreat! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home was fully remodeled in December 2023. You'll enjoy stunning country views overlooking the Wabash while being just minutes from Purdue's campus, Happy Hollow Park, and Downtown Lafayette!
Directly across from the Wabash River. Just a few minutes from Happy Hollow Park, Campus, and Downtown Lafayette.
Room for 3-4 vehicles on level ground and a few on single lane drive with steep incline - no garage access or parking in the grass.
-Check in: After 4PM
-Check out: 10 AM
-Self check in with smart lock
-No parties or events
-Max occupancy of 6 guests and ALL guests must be registered for entry. No exceptions.
-Exterior security cameras at each entrance on premises for monitoring.
-ONLY toilet paper to be flushed down toilets. Flushing any other material including "flushable wipes" is prohibited.
-NO SMOKING in house, No exceptions.
-Fireplace is not for guest use.
-3-4 Parking Spaces on level ground, additional parking on driveway at on steep incline.
