About this house rental
The Palms offers breathtaking ocean views and just steps to the beach! It is located BEACHSIDE with deeded beach access and just one house back from the water. Only 20 steps and your toes are in the white sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Private beach access with no stairs!
You will surely enjoy your time at The Palms, many have! This year we added to the fun, with a new private pool. The pool is for the guests of The Palms only. Bring your family and friends and take a dip in the new "private" heated/cooled salt water pool. Relax on the deck with family and friends and watch the dolphins, ocean white caps and the spectacular sunsets. Have fun in the rec area, which features a Ping-Pong table, large 65 inch TV and board games.
This home has been totally remodeled inside and out. Including all new furniture, flooring, new HD Smart televisions, bedding/linens and décor. The top floor of this home has an open concept kitchen, living and dining room. The dining area includes seating for eight (8) and a breakfast bar that seat five (5).
Boasting en-suite bedrooms, The Palms sleeps 8-10 people with three King master suites and a bunkroom. Walk out the master bedroom to a full-length upper deck and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The master bathroom has double sinks, separate shower and a jetted tub. The bunkroom has full size beds and a full size sleeper sofa. If baby comes along, this home is furnished with a pack and play and high chair.
You will enjoy the convenient location of Inlet Beach without the crowded beaches. Located nearby are restaurants, shopping, biking, fishing, paddle boarding. This house is just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Camp Helen State Park and a 15 minute drive to Pier Park shopping and entertainment hub.

Beautiful home and location. The private beach and daily chair set up was amazing. You are close to restaurants and entertainment without being in a really busy location. It was quiet and the perfect location for relaxing with family.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Rosemary Beach home. The house is stunning, spacious, well-maintained, and in an excellent location with ocean views from the balcony and easy beach access. The beach area felt peaceful and never overcrowded, and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. The owners and property management team were extremely communicative and helpful from start to finish. Check-in was easy, and they provided detailed instructions, rules, and guidelines ahead of time. They do require rental documentation and additional coverage for incidentals, which is understandable, but it did make us more mindful about documenting pre-existing wear like a curtain slightly off the rail and a few couch stains upon arrival. When the weather turned cooler than expected, they quickly accommodated our request to heat the pool, which we really appreciated. We also experienced a sulfur smell from the downstairs shower, and the property manager responded immediately and offered assistance if needed. The included beach setup of four chairs and two umbrellas was great, though with a larger group we wished there were enough chairs for all guests. The beach attendant was incredibly kind and even let us keep the chairs out later one evening after rain delayed our beach time. The home included starter supplies like dishwasher pods and toilet paper, but we did need to purchase extra trash bags, paper towels, and toiletries for our group during the week. Overall loved our stay
