This is a very large home in a nice location. The host was great to work with and communicated very well . The pool is a little on the small side and the walk to the beach access is short but one access has a ton of steps and the other is a bit further and has no steps. The access with no steps was definitely busier. We found the master on the top level of the house to get very warm during the day . We did get it to cool adequately in the evening. Lots of construction in the neighborhood which seems to be the norm in most communities these days. Overall we were pleased with our time at this rental.

We couldn't have asked for a better trip! Communication with the property manager was great, and she was even able to accommodate an early check in which helped us out immensely. The house met all of our needs, was a quick walk across the street to the beach, and even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon for us to use. Would highly recommend this place!
