Our chic and smart studio provides comfort, convenience and style and is ideal for a couple or solo traveler. You’ll be nestled in a prime location. It is mere steps from two vibrant shopping malls, the iconic Calle Corazón and Quinta Alegría, and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in town.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the studio apartment and shared access to the building’s amenities.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be steps from Calle Corazón shops and restaurants, Quinta Alegría 2-story mall, and just a half block from the famous 5th Avenue pedestrian walk street lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, malls and more! A few steps further (about 1.5 blocks), you’ll be at the beach, and you can walk to many cool beach clubs/restaurants via the sand!
Getting Around:
The condo is located at the A Perfect Place condo complex, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day.
Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
- The jacuzzi heater is temporarily out of service.
- Playa is growing, and there’s ongoing construction nearby. You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- There is NO parking at the complex but a nearby lot charges by the day. You can also park on the street. Just remember to pay the parking meter (from 10 am to 10 pm) and display your ticket.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- Please note that the multi-purpose machine in the gym is temporarily out of service.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a code to access the complex and a code for the lockbox to get the keys. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.

The location was definitely convenient and the building manager is very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred not to be on the first floor because the noise can be an issue for sleeping, but you pay for convenience in more ways than one. I was able to figure out the electric stove top, but it was important enough for me to ask. Overall a positive experience.

Room was very clean and well-prepared. Reception staff were very pleasant. Pool area was amazing. Location is excellent and was quiet. I will be booking here again.

Location is good but very loud during the night. The write up stated the decor may be different from the pictures. The unit we were given had no decor and very little daylight as it didn't have a balcony like the pictures showed, just a ground floor white box for a patio which made the whole unit feel like a box. Didn't feel like we were in Mexico unless we went out or up to the pool. Building front desk staff were very helpful.
