About this villa rental
Villa of Norman architecture in a green environment, within the prestigious area of Clairefontaine. A few minutes from the city center and 500 m from the beach. Beautiful garden in a wooded environment, charm and tranquility. The estate is equipped with a heated swimming pool (May to September). With a clear view of Mount Canisy, the house decorated in a chic modern style, very elegant, exudes a lot of charm.
The property has a living area of 125 m2 with 4 large bedrooms and a large games room which can incidentally serve as a bedroom, it is comfortably equipped to accommodate up to 10 people, it also has two rooms bathroom with shower, one with bath, and two toilets including an independent.
The common areas include a living room with a large fireplace, a dining room and a well equipped American kitchen (with inter alia a Nespresso). Office space
A large terrace with barbecue, where sits a square rectangular table with a sitting lounge atmosphere, allows you to take meals outdoors. Guests can also enjoy sunbathing and play table tennis.
The house also has a private parking space.
Linen, towels and bath towels can be provided as an option on request.
