Because most flexible refund policies expire 30–60 days before arrival, they offer little real protection for typical travel bookings. Fantastic vacation rental. Beautifully decorated and well stocked home with great pool and hot tub. Stunning views, great location, comfortable beds. Ron is a delightful host. Very kind and helpful. Our 3 generation family fit well. It was easy to travel to the many Tucson attractions. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area!!

Ron was an excellent host. Property grounds have absolutely amazing views of the Saguaro desert. Comfortable master king bed and kitchen has everything one would need.
