Newly renovated home. 3 bedroom pool hot tub house close to the strip. House is 10 min drive and is located in the green valley portion of town. Close to the freeway and tons of shopping and restaurants. Home has BBQ and eat in kitchen if that what you chose. WiFi Roku in every bedroom with Netflix. Cable in living and master. The host and property were amazing! Perfect for a small group stay in the Vegas area that isn't too far away from the strip but not too close to have the noise of the city. Perfect relaxing home to return you from a night out.

Very comfortable- issues with warming the pool and hot tub but host was on top of it . Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything

Hot Tub did not work, Pool did not Heat up & dirty.Kitchen is lacking some better frying pans. Air hockey & Pool table not balanced. 3rd bedroom not listed as a Murphy Bed, guest shower curtain & Liner were dirty.
