Perfect for families, guys’ trip, or girls’ getaway, this spacious condo offers a modern design and all-new amenities. Walking distance to the ski slopes and Schuss golf course, this condo features a spacious deck with breathtaking views of the golf course and Schuss Mountain, making it the perfect spot to relax after a full day. With a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room with 65” TV, fireplace, and access to both Schuss & Lakeview indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, this condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation.
Primary bedroom: King bed, full bathroom with walk in shower and TV.
Located at the end of the hall for added privacy.
Bedroom 2: Queen bunk beds. Will sleep 4 adults comfortably. For an addition, there is a twin trundle that extends from bottom bunk. Perfect if you have a toddler that likes to sleep with you.
Full bathroom located across the hall with a bathtub and shower.
2nd bedroom features a dedicated work space with a desk and comfortable chair.

Ski Mountain Access – We are located at the base of Schuss Mountain where you can jump on the slopes with a short walk or drive. Snowshoe rentals are across the street and enjoy some food, drinks and entertainment at the famous Ivan’s slopeside restaurant.
Golf, Golf, Golf – Enjoy all 5 of Shanty Creeks championship golf courses or enjoy watching golfers play on Schuss Mountain golf course from the deck.
Pools – In the summer you can enjoy the association pool steps away from the condo, run up to the base of the mountain for indoor swimming or venture up to Lakeview lodge for even more pool/hot tub options. All accessed with a required pool pass provided upon arrival.

Located nearby – Minutes from the famous Short’s Brewery in downtown Bellaire, Lake Bellaire, Torch Lake, and short drive to Traverse City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.
Hiking/Exploring – Bellaire and the surrounding areas are loaded with hiking trails of different levels of expertise. Schuss Mountain King Trail is located right outside the front door.
Boating/ATV’s – Surrounded by some of the greatest lakes in Michigan. Lake Bellaire is just minutes away and has water passage all the way to Torch Lake.
Trailering – Trailer parking in the condo parking lot is not permitted; however, there is trailer parking across the street for campers, boats, etc.
House Rules – No smoking or pets allowed. Condo complex quiet hours begin at 10pm. Maximum occupancy of 6.

The communication with VRBO and directions was not good. Finding the actual unit was difficult, especially in the dark. Might want to notify guests that it is an upper level unit. Place was freezing upon arrival. Radiant heat takes a long time to heat the place. No wood to start a fire in the fire place. We froze the first night. :(

Had an excellent stay at the condo - it's tastefully decorated and spacious enough that our family of four (adults and teens) had plenty of room, never felt cramped. There's a nice welcome packet/binder to look through for info, which was helpful. It's also been recently updated very nicely, all the linens/towels were of high quality, and the kitchen supplies were well stocked. Has a radiant heat system, which we adjusted to quickly, just be sure to set the thermostats in each room. The host was quick to respond to questions I had while we were en route to the condo, and checked in with me the morning after to ensure things were going smoothly. Back deck/living room has golf course/ski slope views - not quite ski-in/ski-out (which we knew), but for those that don't mind walking, it's probably a 3 minute walk (200 yards ish) if you cut across the golf course to the pink lift. Or, you could hop in your car and drive to a tucked away parking lot at the base of the pink lift to make it real easy. All in all, it was an excellent overall experience staying at this condo, I'd stay there again.
