Located right on Schuss Mountain’s slopes in the Cedar River Village, this beautiful three-bedroom condo offers direct access to the purple chairlift—simply step outside and hit the powder! When you’re ready to relax, enjoy panoramic slope views from the living room or step onto the deck to watch skiers glide by.
The open-concept main level features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with fireplace, and two inviting bedrooms with plush bedding and soft, warm comforters guests rave about. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious second living area—perfect for games or movies after a day outdoors—plus a third bedroom, full bath, and washer/dryer. With two living spaces and three bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families or multiple couples to spread out comfortably.
Guests love how clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked the condo is, with everything from kitchen essentials to a ski locker for your gear. In summer, it’s just as wonderful—watch golfers on the nearby fairways, explore Bellaire’s charming shops and restaurants, or take a scenic drive to Torch Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, or Mackinac Island.

All guests must be 25 or older, unless families with small children. A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded after departure, if there are no issues.

Excellent location, comfortable, and spacious.

This home exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean. We had more than enough space for our party of 5. There is plenty of room for larger groups. We chose this area based on its proximity to Mackinac Island and Sleeping Bear Dunes, which both were easy drives to get too. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. If I were ever back would definitely stay here again!

The condo is in a great location. It is very reasonably priced, spacious and clean. My daughter LOVED that she was able to swim every day we were there.

Perfect place for a group. We were visiting and golfing with friends who own condos nearby. Great setup for groups and multiple families.
