About this house rental
Renovated in 2020 along with a newer 2020 model golf cart! Widened Driveway, painted interior, new master shower, new mattresses in all bedrooms, new flooring, new smart TV in living room
Located in Sandestin, a gated community. Includes a Brand new 2020 - 6 person golf cart ! The pool for the Bungalo subdivision sits right outside the front door of the house! The beach is close by (5 minutes by car and under 10 minutes on the golf cart). The Bungalo is in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a 2,400 acre resort with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, fantastic restaurant options, live entertainment, tennis, spa, shops and much more. Be sure to check out Baytowne Village (The Wharf) and Grand Boulevard!
This house has all the amenities you would want. The kitchen is accommodated with all the appliances you would like to have. The kitchen table seats 6 + 4 at the bar. Perfect for vacationing families. It has a large screened in porch that sits directly across the street from the Bungalo pool. Take some time to relax & enjoy the screened-in porch.
We own 3 Bungalos. The other two are VRBO#1651246 (next door to this property) and 1279015. Additionally, we have 4 other properties in Sandestin. VRBO # 2614941, 2484080, 2165894, 2165222. We are serious about taking care of our renters. Rent more than one property if you have a big group!

The house overall was very nice. The location was great being right across the street from the pool. The communication with the manager, Brandi, was also great. However, some issues never got resolved. The main issue was that the instructions stated that if there was ANYTHING unacceptable, let them know. We arrived Saturday evening and checked everything. The main issue, a wire on one of the batteries on the golf cart was burned through. In addition, there were also some light bulbs burned out, the toilet paper holder in the half bath had a missing screw, the molding on one side of the screen door fell off and hit my son in law, stains on cushion on porch and inside couch, and most of the sleep pillows were very stained. Michelle and her cousin (cleaning service) came over right away and provided what they could plus gave us some towels and blankets, which were not available when we arrived. Brandi was very responsive and indicated that she would get the maintenance man out to fix everything. Unfortunately, the maintenance man did not come until Monday morning, which meant no golf cart for two days. He did fix the golf cart. Also, he went to the hardware store and brought back a screw so my son in law could fix the toilet paper holder. No other issues were fixed. The piece on the screen door fell two more times so we laid it in the corner of porch until we left. The owners are very exact about their rules, which is fine, but they are not good with upkeep.
